Entities that are required to\ninform the details of the appointment of their Auditor to the Authority in\nForm&nbsp;NFRA-1 includes&nbsp;Companies whose securities\nare&nbsp;listed&nbsp;on any stock exchange&nbsp;in India or outside\nIndia;&nbsp;Unlisted public companies&nbsp;having paid-up capital of not less\nthan Rs. 500 crores or having an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 1000\ncrores or having, in the aggregate, outstanding loans, debentures and deposits\nof not less than Rs. 500 crores, as on the 31st March of immediately preceding\nFinancial Year:&nbsp;Insurance companies, banking companies, companies engaged\nin the generation or supply of electricity&nbsp;companies governed by any special\nAct.
