In case the taxpayers fail to furnish\nreturns within the due dates prescribed under notification no. 52\/2020-Central\nTax but furnishes the said returns till 30th September 2020, then,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximum late fees would be Rs 250 and fully\nwaived for nil returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;\nFor taxpayers having aggregate turnover of more than Rs. 5 Crores in\npreceding year, who fail to furnish the GSTR 3B Return for the months May 20 to\nJuly 20 by the due date, but furnishes the said returns till 30th September\n2020, then,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximum late fees would be Rs.500\/- and fully waived for nil returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This notification shall come into effect from 25th June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dahotreca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/notfctn-57-central-tax-english-2020-1.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download>Download<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following provisions have been inserted to the original notifications- 1.
